Yes, the customer service can sometimes take some time to get back to you when they're busy, but they're running a very busy company here. When conversation does begin it's bouncing back and forth within minutes, I've had no issues whatsoever outside using a bit of patience and common sense.
Products are innovative and cutting edge, prices are what they are, you're paying for top quality kit here, not mass production rubbish.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I purchased a San AIO and the screws were stripped so I couldn’t change the after market panels. The day after I sent my San in to Vaperz Cloud for repair, they sent me out a brand new replacement, and they refunded me for my postage costs! Amazing company, as always. Thank you VC!!!!!!!!!
